Raffle tickets available on a first come first served basis. In the event your request to purchase raffle tickets is received after tickets are sold out, your raffle ticket purchase amount will be refunded. Raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. All mail, fax, phone or online requests to purchase tickets must be received by 5PM Wednesday, December 10, 2008. Raffle tickets will continue to be sold, as long as available, in person until the drawing on Sunday, December 14, 2008 by 11:59 PM. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued internal revenue tax form 1099 stating the value of their prize. Winner must take possession of their prize by January 30, 2009. Prize is non-transferable and no cash option is available. Tickets limited to 750. Prize will be awarded whether all tickets are sold or not. Winners need not be present. Following the drawing, the winning name will be posted to the firstpressarizona.com website.
